3. Preliminary Planning Assessment
We’ll assess your project’s feasibility and help determine the best path for council approval—or whether you’re exempt.
What’s included:

Initial project review

30-minute consultation with our town planner

Final detailed feasibility report
One-time fee: $2,000 (you own the report)
If council approval is needed, our town planners can manage the whole process for you.
4. Approval & Contract
Once you’re happy with the design and process, we’ll:

Finalise all details

Sign the contract

Lock in your build slot
5. Construction & Delivery

Next available build slots: Q3 2025

Build time: approx. 8 weeks
We’ll deliver your completed cabin, ready to go.
Payment Terms

40% deposit at contract signing

Remaining 60% split into three 20% payments at key build milestones
